November 2007, FMHK formed an exclusive partnership with Mannings, a unit of Singapore's main board listed Dairy Farm Group (a Jardine Matheson company), to leverage on Manning's extensive Health & Beauty retail chain at over 300 stores city-wide to create a new television channel to deliver health and beauty (and fashion) programming- providing a brand new experience in retail shopping.
